He was predeceased by: his father Norman Segler (Dorothy Segler); his parents-in-law, Chester Tibbits and Eileen McHenry; and his friend Wolfgang Luka. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gaff-Segler; his children, Perry Miller (Tammy) of Fullerton, CA and Paula Liga (Brian) of Rainier, OR; his siblings, Norm Cegelnik (Dixie) and Claudia Schmidt; his grandchildren, Ashley Dahm, Troy Miller (Sean), Kenneth Liga and Cooper Miller; and his great grandchild Owen Fulton.
