He is survived by: his parents, Kris Maas (Boley) and Randy Sevitz; his daughter Haylee Sevitz; his brother Jason Sevitz; his stepfather Tim Maas of Delphos Ohio; and his grandmother Kay Boley of Lima Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and great nephews.
