He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cutshaw and Willie Mae Cutshaw; his wife Sandra (Sam); and his siblings, James Cutshaw, Sandra McCoy and Constance Halterman.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Cutshaw (Erica) and Candace Williams (David Fay); his grandchildren, Seancy Schnapp and Aiden Cutshaw; his great grandchild Shayna; and his sister Carlene Loney (Steve).
