He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bieniek and Constancia Bieniek (Borowski); his daughter Nadine Bethel; and his siblings, Robert, Edmond, Victor Bieniek and Joan Creeley.

He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Augustyniak); his daughter Yvonne Yeager (Mark); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Nicholas, Joseph Yeager and Victoria Bethel.
