She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Kniolek (Zoltanski) and Steve Kniolek; her in-laws, Walter and Catherine Gray; and her sister Cynthia Johnson.
She is survived by: her significant other Norman Gray; her children, Matt Gray (Lisa) and Julie Buck (David); her grandchildren, Avery, Ethan Gray, Ethan Vanbuskirk, Bracken, Ashton, Declan and Emmalyn Buck; her sister-in-law Sue Moss (Butch); and her pet Tank.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Walter Funeral Home (4653 Glendale Ave, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Toledo Memorial Park (5916 Cresthaven Ln, Toledo, OH 43614).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Victory Center, whose comfort meant so much to Carolyn during her fight, or to the family to assist with final expenses.
