She is survived by: her children, Christopher Lewandowski Sr. (Sherry), Thomas Lewandowski (Kristyn), John Lewandowski (Tammy), Lynda Lewandowski (Robert Scott) and Ann Melman (Chris Freeman); and her sister Barbara Owczarzak. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
