We announce the death of Carolyn Topolski (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on June 12, 2026, at the age of 88. Carolyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Marie; and her husband Tom. She is survived by: her children, Richard (Jamie), Amy, MaryBeth and Alan; her grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Marnie (Austin), Thomas, Darbi, Hadlee, Angela, Erica and Jacqui; and her great grandchildren, Wesley, Kate, Dominic, Adam and Jude.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Memorial Lutheran Church.
