She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Murphy and Susie Murphy (Davis); her siblings, Clifford, Robert, Tyrone, Ophelia, Dorothy and Shirley; and her son Daniel Grant (Charles Huston).

She is survived by: her brother James Edward Murphy (Daisy); her daughter Sheila Armstrong (Keith); her grandchildren, Malani Armstrong and Jamal Armstrong (Rebecca); and her great grandchildren, Jubilee and Jamal II. She is also survived by sisters and brother in laws, a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Any donations can be made to Memory Lane Care Services, of Toledo Ohio in memory of Catherine Huston.
