Charles R. Watson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles R. Watson (Toledo, Ohio), born in Petersburg, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Roy and Mary Eva Watson (Cook); his grandparents, Charles H., Bertha B. Cook (Johnson), Roy D. and Elizabeth Watson (Bousonville); and his sisters, Eva Marie Watson Gillen, Myla Mae Watson and Bonnie Jean Beck Jester.
He is survived by: his son Gregory David Watson (Susan) of Toledo; his granddaughters, Stacey Lynn Watson (Jordan Meiring), Brittany N. Coup, Rachel D. Watson and Mackenzie L. Watson; and his great grandchild Trent Jacob Meiring.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
