He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Clemmye Owens Sr. and Charles Morris Wallace Jr.; his uncles, Clemmye Owens Jr., Nate Owens and Johnny Owens; and his great-grandparent Sarah Jinkins.
He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Lee Owens Watt and Charlton Terrell Wallace Sr.; his grandmothers, Alma Owens and Marguerite Wallace; his aunts and uncles, Maria, Jacqueline, Madeleine, Melanie, Cecilia, Michelle, Trina, Lisa, Craig, Dwight, Averil and Kenneth; his siblings, Octavia, Tationa, Kenneth and Shaneice; his nieces, Shaniya, Tah'niya, Raniya, Samiya, Hazel and Maddison; his nephew Stuart; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Niomi, Aaliyah, Sy'meir and Yasir; his close friends, Rodney, Brionna, Rosaria, Olivia, Zanerra, Kris, Toynaisha, Danyelle, Keeyah, Alyssa and Taty; and his cousins, Clemmyeta, Clemmyetria and Candice. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the House of Day Funeral Services Chapel (2550 Nebraska Ave, Toledo, OH 43607).
