He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth (Joan), Millie Liebherr, Edward and Margaret Modrowski, Sr.; and his stepbrother Jimmy Skillman.

He is survived by: his wife Amanda Modrowski; his parents, Deborah Muranyi (Joseph, Jr.) and Edward Modrowski, Jr. (Linda); his brothers, Corey Modrowski and Joseph Muranyi, III; his grandmother Marilyn Muranyi; his stepsister Mandy Lindhurst (Dave); his parents-in-law, Patty Vasquez (James) and Joe Bahlhorn (Helen); and his sister-in-law Tracy Carroll. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
