He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Rupley (Owen); his father-in-law Jim Miller; and his brother-in-law Guy Pitzen. He is survived by: his father Robert Rupley; his wife Lynne Rupley (Miller); his daughters, Megan Merry (Kyle) and Kelsey Focht (Travis); his sisters, Cindy Beadle and Sue Brown (Mike); his sisters-in-law, Denise Pitzen and Christine Coehrs (Robert); and his mother-in-law Sue Miller. He is also survived by pets, two nieces, and three nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614).
The family will welcome visitors on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. In his memory, contributions can be made to the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge.
