She was predeceased by: her parents, Art McCormick and Gloria McCormick (Arvay); her husband Kenneth Coburn; and her brother-in-law Rich Michalak. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Coburn (Erik Ruhling) and Brian Coburn (Rebecca); and her siblings, Carolyn McCormick, Kevin McCormick (Bernadette) and Tim McCormick. She is also survived by her husband of 16 years, her children, and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walter Funeral Home (4653 Glendale Ave, Toledo, OH 43614). A prayer was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
