He is survived by: his wife Julie of Daffy's Bar; his children, Corey Ray Johnson Jr. (Stephanie), Ciara (Kaelyn) and Alissa; his grandchildren, Isabella, Lily, Geno, Sophia, Carlo and DJ; his siblings, Kim (Spencer), Dana, Vicki (Bernard), Lorie (John), James (Brandy) and Leroy Jr.; and his sister-in-law Diane. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
