She was predeceased by : her parents, Barbra McClure and James L. Hooker Sr.. She is survived by : her stepfathers, Melton Boykin Sr. and Fred McClure; her daughter Shy'tania Neal; her sister Bridgette Pruitt (Boykin); her nephew Deandre Boykin; her husband Anthony D. Neal; her children, Anthony, Ronell Snow, Kenana Snow, Malikqua and Fantaziah Neal; her aunt Christine E. Brown; and her siblings, James (Bernice), Janel Hooker, Melton Jr., Derrick (Tawana), Montrice, Corey, Selina Byrd (LaDonald), Anita Rhodes (Dusty), Tekoah Cole (Rick), Valara Chatman, Melva Boykin, Tonya Boykin (Worm), ShaVonna Boykin and Monique McBride. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the House of Day Funeral Services Chapel (2550 Nebraska Ave, Toledo, OH 43607). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
