She is survived by: her husband Thomas Okonski; her children, Michelle Vandergrift (Mike), Jeffrey Okonski and Jason Okonski (Nicci); her sister Sharon Meade; and her granddaughters, Vera and Ava Okonski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the Toledo Area Humane Society.
