She is survived by: her husband Charles Boutan of Toledo, OH; her sons, Jeremy Smith (Amanda) of Kenosha and William Smith (Laura) of Kenosha; her brothers, David Lee (Kelly) of Pleasant Prairie, Jimmy Lee (Robyn) of Mercer, WI and Richard Lee of Kenosha; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Penelope, Kacy and Charlie; and her niece Katie Lee of Kenosha.
