It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale H. Vanbarg (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dale H. Vanbarg to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold VanBarg and Clara VanBarg; his son Alan VanBarg; his sister Joyce Henry; and his nephews, Tim McStay and Larry Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy G. Mignery (Gerry); his children, Michael VanBarg (Judy) and Kathleen Anderson (Jim); his grandchildren, John Bland (Lea), Christie Hofmann (Erik), Stacie Dawson (Sam), Michael VanBarg (Ashley) and Andrew Anderson; his great grandchildren, Jeffery Comes (Yaya), Nathan Bland, Isabella Hernandez and Bodhi VanBarg; his niece Brenda Craig; and his brother-in-law Robert Henry.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brooklynn Park Villas Clubhouse (6120 Dorr St, Toledo, OH 43615).
