He is survived by: his wife Linda Cox; his daughters, Becca Canales (Phil) and Beth Davis; his grandchildren, Rachel, Zeke, Caleb, Micki, Gabe, Hannah, Nate, Jake and Leah; his sister Diane Carter; and his close friends, Sassy, Miley and Gemma. He is also survived by several extended family and dear friends.
