Daniel Harrison Williams Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Harrison Williams in Toledo, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel Harrison Williams to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Lucy Nelle Cridlin; his wife Christine Capper Williams; his parents, Drew Williams and Alyce Williams; his siblings, Charlotte Leota Williams and Steven Lee Williams; and his granddaughter Carly Elizabeth Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Keith Williams (Jane Clear Williams), Danielle Williams Sykes and Meghan Michelle Williams (Shane Little); his grandchildren, Charles Douglas Sykes, Rachael Sykes Hinkle (Donte Hinkle) and Oliver Daniel Lee Conner; his sisters, Margaret Williams Nevels, DruAnna Williams Overbay (Fred Overbay) and Jennifer Dodge Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Dodge Williams, DruAnna Williams Overbay (Fred Overbay), Margaret Williams Nevels and Mark Capper. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
