He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Halsey and Betty Clark-Halsey (Hawkins); and his wife Norma Jean Halsey (Styer). He is survived by: his children, Tammy Waschnig, Nick Waschnig and Anthony Waschnig (Jessica); his grandchildren, Nicole Crabtree (Cody), Shawnna Waschnig, Karly Waschnig and Kohl Waschnig; his great grandchildren, Cali, Chloe, Jamal, Amiya and Leo; and his siblings, Vern "Sonny" Halsey, Lance "Robin" Halsey (Jeanne), Timothy Halsey and Bridget Halsey (Larry Warner). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
