We announce the death of David C. Bahrs of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 1, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Bahrs and Fred C. Bahrs. He is survived by: his wife Susan Bahrs (Pugh); his daughter Jennifer Bahrs Ellis (Jason Ellis); his sister Jean Davis (Thomas Davis); his nieces and nephews, Melinda Davis, Mellissa Sullivan (William Sullivan), Mark Davis and Michael Davis (Leslie); his great-nephews, Steven and Andrew; and his great-niece Katherine Davis.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ansberg-West Funeral Home (3000 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43613).
