He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Borkowski and Helen Borkowski (Soviar). He is survived by: his sons, Dave (Tiffany) and Greg Borkowski (Meredith); his grandchildren, Samantha (Michael), Brandon (Brooke) and Justin; his great grandchildren, Addison and Audrey; and his brothers, Chris and Kevin Borkowski. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
