Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin J. Ignasiak and Helen M. Ignasiak (Lipinski) of Manhattan Blvd. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Ignasiak; and his brothers, Eugene and Richard (Mary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home (5300 N Summit St, Toledo, OH 43611). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
