He was predeceased by: his father David; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his children, David M. (Jamie Spencer), Samantha (Nick Carmony), Valerie and Joshua (Mychal Naylor); his grandchildren, Chloe, David III and Leo; and his brothers, G. Christopher (Regina), Bradley (Elizabeth) and Craig (Michelle). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to St. George Antiochian Cathedral.
