David left this world on July 4, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Kina; his son Timothy Alan Kina; and his brother Joe Kina. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Kina (Bilius); his wife Melissa Kina (Kolasinski); his children, Maryellen Kina, Michael Kina and Luke Pierce (Rhonda Cook); and his siblings, Sally Ruhnau (Richard) and Tom Kina (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sujkowski Funeral Home (114 E Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43612). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (6149 Hill Ave, Toledo, OH 43615).
