He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl May and Juanita May. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Ashley (Andy), Wendi (Shawn) and David (Gabby); his grandchildren, Daimien, Samantha, Emily, Shawn, Shane, Hailey, Aubrie, Charley and Ayla; his brother Lanny; and his mother-in-law Mary Cain.
