He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Parks Sr. and Virginia Guyton Parks Evearitt; his brother Donald W. Parks Jr.; and his niece Jerrica D. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna R. Evearitt and Christine L. Papenfuse (Rance); and his close friends, Donna Coleman and Diana Snyder. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
