He is survived by: his wife Angel Nichols (Kuron); his daughter Alivia Nichols; his father David Nichols Jr.; his grandmothers, Ann Nichols and Melody Lugabihl; and his aunts and uncles, Paula LaCroix (Kevin), Linda Tomalewski (Mike), Brenda Conine, Daniel Nichols and Brad Conine.
