She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Heilman. She is survived by: her children, Mark Heilman II (Ashley), Genah Babcock (Eric Hughes), James Heilman (Katelyn) and Kaitlin Bridget (Marcus); and her grandchildren, Noah Heilman, Madeline Heilman, Luke Heilman and Cambry Bridget.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Toledo, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Hospice of NW Ohio in Dawn's memory.
