She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dick and Thelma Eddington. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Eoff and Becky Eoff; her sons, Christopher Zoltani, Tommy Long and Sean Long; her siblings, Tyler Eoff (Logan), Josh Eoff and Abby Martin (Rheve); her nephew Clay Martin; and her grandparents, Steve and Donna Eoff. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dawn's memory may be made in care of the family in support of her sons.
