She is survived by: her husband Jeff Smith; her son Jason Smith (Cathleen); her grandchildren, Kacie Smith (Erin Cummerow), Tara Smith and Brady Smith; her siblings, Kathy Patton (Barry), Jeff Lawecki, Dan Lawecki, Pam Lawecki and Mark Lawecki; and her goddaughters, Jessica Ruetz and Kellie Priessman.
