He is survived by: his wife Olivia Moya (Castillo); his children, Cynthia Brubaker (Kevin), Linda Moya and Rudy Moya Sr (Sandra); his daughter-in-law Theresa Moya; and his siblings, Delia Mireles (Raymond), Yolanda Mireles (Joe), Diana Cortez (Orlando) and Marcelo Moya (Rachel). He is also survived by 39 grandchildren and 76 great grandchildren.
