She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Janowiecki and Dolores Janowiecki (Bebnista). She is survived by: her children, Chris Standley (Valerie), Sara Ambos (Matthew), Rachel Fuller (Jason) and Jessica Standley (Rachael Stebli); her brother Paul Janowiecki (Jackie); her grandchildren, Jessica, Darren, Jose, George, Brenden, Isaac, Olivia, Zachary and Tessa; and her great grandchildren, Amaya, Mario, Santiago, Georgie, Darren Jr. and Emilano.

The family has asked that in Denise's honor please consider donations to the National Kidney Foundation or the Toledo Public Schools Foundation.
