He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winkle and Margaret Winkle (Behan); his wife Renee Winkle; and his siblings, Kathleen, Patricia, Sharon, Mike and Tim.
He is survived by: his significant other Barb Bieniek; his children, Nicole Holman (Tom) and Mark Winkle (Amanda); his sister Tina Withrow (Jim); his sister-in-law Penny Winkle; and his grandchildren, Emma, Mason, Jacob and Lauren. He is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
