She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Theilman and Lolita Theilman (Schuster); and her husband Gary J. Alex. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Alex and Nikki Salmon (Jim); her grandchildren, Ricky (Catherine), Kaylee (Cody) and Cody (Lulu); her great grandchildren, Remington, Layna, Rori and Nora; and her sisters, Karen Holden and Judy Seitz.
