She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Augustyniak and Victoria Augustyniak (Majerowski); her husband Carl; her daughter Nadine Bethel; and her siblings, Clara Wilkolek, Irene Czerniak, Alice Nowak, Edmund and Raymond Augustyniak.
She is survived by: her daughter Yvonne Yeager (Mark); and her grandchildren, Nicole Yeager, Nicholas Yeager, Joseph Yeager and Victoria Mayfield (Chris). She is also survived by her family and friends.
