He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Turnbull and Richard Turnbull; and his brother Richard Turnbull (Linda) of Wauseon. He is survived by: his children, Stephani Campbell of Hibbing, MN and Bruce Turnbull of Berkey, OH; his grandson Austin Campbell; and his sister Barbara Hartman (late William) of Maumee, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
