She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald I. Dennis. She is survived by: her son Douglas A. Dennis M. D. (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kendall Nicole Slutzky (Michael) and Travis Russell Dennis (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan Slutzky, Annabelle and Lilah Dennis.
