She is survived by: her daughter Denise Karcask (Timothy); her grandchildren, TJ Karcask (Danielle), Amber Davis (Chuck) and Matthew Karcsak; her daughter Diane Gerdeman (Carl); her grandchildren, Jennifer Ellinger (Jared) and Steven Gerdeman (Jessica); her son Dennis Haack (Dawn); her grandchildren, Carrisa Shiekh (Robbie), McKenzie and Aubree Haack; her great grandchildren, Hanna, Kaylee, Drew Davis, Claire Karcsak, Casion, Addison Shiekh, James and Jonah Ellinger; her nieces, Sharon Heldt, Renee Santus, Teri Lineback, Sandy Vidra, Carol Ann Wright and Patty Church; her caregiver Samantha Madrid; her sisters, Sister Kathryn Lumbrezer of Adrian and Joyce Miller (William) of Sylvania, Ohio; her sisters-in-law, Dolores Haack (Darrell), Geraldine Griner (Carl) and Mary Mathany (John); and her siblings, Pete (Ethal), Harold (Mary), Gilbert (Mildred), Herman Lumbrezer (Cee), Helen Schuster (Robert), Marie King (Tom), Regina Lumbrezer and Golda (Edward Haack). She is also survived by Her family members who have passed prior to her are her 7 siblings and their spouses.
