She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Arter (Helen Ganshow) and William J. Arter; her husband William J. Arter; and her sons-in-law, Howard E. Hill and Russell E. Moebius.
She is survived by: her daughter Lee Hill-Moebius; her grandchildren, Howard Hill (Shannon), Valerie Brickner (Ryan), Jennifer Rigali (Joe) and Brent Moebius (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Tim, Peytin, Taylor, Leah, Jackson, Jacob, Ryan, Riley, Kylee, Marisa and Robert; and her pet Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dorothy's honor may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
