He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Scott Douglas Haag and Brian; his daughter-in-law BeLinda Mathie of Chicago, Illinois; his sister Kathleen Haag of Big Rapids, Michigan; his brother-in-law Jack Rees of New Castle, Pennsylvania; Sherry Radke of Columbus, Ohio.
