He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Adamczak and Florence Adamczak (Sujkowski); and his brother Milton John Adamczak. He is survived by: his friends, Don, Carime᷄ Kellermeier, Chuck and Carolyn Poffenbaugh; his wife Barbara Adamczak (Halpin); his daughters, Amy Adamczak (Mike McCray) and Andrea Merillat (Jim); and his grandchildren, Darrah, Brenna and Griffin. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
