He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Raymond and Sylvia Malinowski (Kulczak). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Malinowski (Galanty); his children, Duane Joseph, Holly Nicole and Dominic Anthony Malinowski; and his sister Diane Jenkins (Dale Lawecki).
Memorial donations may be given to the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
