Stephens Jr. (Shalanda) and Stephen Cooper; his close friend Brian Benner; his godchildren, Nicola Mauder and Patrick Benner; and his caregivers, Ann Weaver, Mike Tipton, ProMedica, Rhondie Brandon, Ronald Carpenter, Bonice Murray, Timna, Jennifer McNutt and Jason Oshodin. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren: 1 great grandson.
