He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine II (Vollmar) and Edward N. Johns II; and his brother Sylvester Johns. He is survived by: his wife Patricia H. Sobczak; his brother-in-law Eugene Sobczak (Betty); and also, Vicky and Ray Azzi. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and grand nephews, nieces.
