He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Nietrzeba; his children, Michelle Ann Martin (Christopher) and Edward Adam Petryk III (Meghan Benz); his grandsons, Caden Alexander Martin, Jacob Louis Martin and Dean Benz Petryk; his sister Barbara Holt (Dennis); his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Hansen, Kimberly Holt, Gregory Holt, Anthony Holt, Richard Nietrzeba, Kevin Nietrzeba (Chris) and Lora Rombach (John); and his brother Dennis Hegedus.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Christ the King Church, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, a food pantry, or Feed Your Neighbor Program.
