He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jacobs; his children, Diane Jacobs (Lewis Biehle), Connie Croak (Christopher), Barbara Hager (Jeff) and Jeff Jacobs (Shannon); his grandchildren, Nathan Croak (Jessica), Kelsey Eddy (Ryan), Elizabeth Lemmon (Timothy), Kenneth Hager (Samantha) and Ellis Meyer; and his great grandchildren, Adley and Rosalee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
