He is survived by: his wife Karen (Stachowiak); his children, Ericka Dashner (Nicholas) and Cody Calendine (Mariah); his granddaughters, Adelynn, Amelia, Ava and Violet; his siblings, Doug Calendine (Nancy), Linda Lintner, George Calendine (Patty) and Mike Calendine (Raelyn); his nephews, Evan, John and Everett Calendine; and his niece Laura Allen.
