She was predeceased by: her father Ricky Thacker; her grandparents, James and Tina Thacker; and her uncle Art Peth. She is survived by: her mother Debra Thacker (Hozak); her grandparents, Richard and Shirley Hozak; her aunt Sandi Peth; her uncles, Brad Hozak (Dorothy) and Rick Hozak (Emei); her friends, Amy, Summer and Sonya; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
